hidden rapid fire change?
I'm sure that if they up'ed the cooldown on something like rapid fire by a whole minute without saying anything, there would have been a huge outcry. 1 minute is a LOT of time when you're fighting a big boss.-Ayrianna 80 Nightelf Hunter - Queen of Typos

4-2=2 minute cooldown
but now i see that it is and always has been.
5-2=3 minute cooldown
