2 hunters as 2v2 arena team?2010-03-05 00:00:00I find BM alot better in small arenas. The whole IWIN button helps with keeping people busy while you can have you're friend shooting in the background. Something about seeing a bright red guy running at you just screams "ATTACK ME FIRST". And even if you aren't targeted first, you can just lay down the Auto/Steady shots and tear apart the baddies fast.
For your partner, i'd say Marks. It's ability to take out a heal here or there, and the AP boost is pretty nice as
hahaha, a mage killing me?!?! a mage killing me?!?!
BOOM!
ahh, well....point ...
And Humar is back!2010-03-05 00:00:00Not that he really went anywhere, but his power had definitely diminished. As many of you might remember, I went from Beastmastery to Survival a while back. Back then, I was the only Hunter willing to switch to that specc for Raid purposes. The switch was painful. Hundreds of gold thrown into regemming, and switching out gear. The Ebon Netherscale set I had looked forward to suddenly became a downgrade from Felstalker, and my future loot possibilities was grim indeed.
After persevering for so long, I finally reached my goal. A minimum of 550 agility unbuffed, and the critrating to follow up on it. I was Karazhan ready, and had even gotten myself the Scorpid for DPS purposes.
Now, after seeing everything in Karazhan, setting Gruul straight on the matter of who got to call themselves Dragonkiller, boiling Lurker in his own little pond and shooting Void Reaver in the face until it stopped being funny... Well... I was bored. My Humar was obviously displeased with how things were, and more often than not neglected to keep my enemies at bay. I myself found life as a Survival Hunter had its perks, but was definitely not the way I truly liked things.
Besides, most of the Hunters in the raidgroup felt Survival was awesome after all, and wanted to respecc.
So my Big Angry Humar is back!
That's right. 41/20/0 just replaced 5/20/36.
And I am bloody lovin' it! My DPS on Prince (first raid after respecc) was 787 accor...
Build for high end pvp and some raiding2010-03-03 00:00:00If you are serious about arena, you spec like this and run with a scorpid to match.
You will still be able to do raid with the pure pvp build, you just wont put out the numbers you could with another spec but there is no golden middle road.
Not even 80/20.
Such a build will most likely end u...
my pet is always hungry2010-03-02 00:00:00Hunters do have a dismiss command. If you are running around Shat or at the AH, just dismiss your pet. When you call him back, he will be at the same lvl of happiness.

Need DPS assistance2010-02-24 00:00:00do a bit of research, figure out whats SV takes in terms of spec, gems and stats, then read up on the priorities and just basically learn how to do it all.-Level 80 SV Hunter - Hyolith
Level 20 Resto Druid - HyopathNo clue if this is what is happening here, but still I give it a try.
On my warlock I have problems with dual speccing. When I switch my spec, somehow -miraculously- (almost if not all of) my abilities drop back in rank (2 ranks or something close). Did you check if you are using the proper ranks? ...
E3 Interview Video From Mr.Fixit Online2010-02-06 00:00:00- Night Elf buildings are all built of wood and are mostly built into trees and it looks from inside that you are inside a tree.
- You can smoothly change the view just by rolling the mouse wheel. From far behind your character in 3rd person, right up to first person.
- Kalidar is the starting location for the Night Elves and the location of their main city.
- There is an Orc village on the coast of Stranglethorn.
- Once again Warriors do not have spells or mana.
- Hit points regenerate rather quickly, even faster if you sit down, and even faster still if you eat food. This is to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Spell effects and extra effects are really good like smoke coming off a creature after a fire spell and small clouds of steam/frost after an ice spell.
- To prevent spell abuse and to encourage mages to use a wide variety of spells, creatures will become immune to certain spells after they have ...
Runes of Magic: Chapter Two Review 2009-10-22 00:00:00By Cody 鈥楴eramaar鈥?HargreavesRunes of Magic, arguably one of the better free to play MMORPGs on the market today, has recently received its second major content update, Chapter 2: The Elven Prophecy; and in a fashion not unlike the title that inspired it鈥檚 creation (World of Warcraft) players can expect to find more dungeons, more races, more classes, and a higher level cap to keep them busy in the many months to come.
Runes of Magic - Chapter II The Elven Prophecy Trailer
The biggest addition included with the release of Chapter 2 is the second playable race, The Elves, bringing with it a new story arc, two new playable classes鈥攖he Warden (an all-new class featuring a pet system) and Druid (a substitute class for the Human Priest)鈥攁nd a new starting zone鈥擳he Elven Island鈥攖hat looks as though it were inspired by a Tolkien novel. Bridges connect to houses hidden amongst the trees, and magic oozes from every corner of the Academy. It鈥檚 definitely pretty and it鈥檚 definitely something wor...
WoW-playing Legislative Candidate Talks About Her Level 70 Orc Hunter2009-10-15 00:00:00Last week GamePolitics reported that Jeanne Stevens (left), Republican candidate for the Connecticut legislature, is a World of Warcraft gamer.
In an detailed follow-up inteview with Stevens, MMO site Wandering Goblin learned that the would-be legislator maintains a trio of Horde avatars on the Alexstrasza server:
It was my father who introduced us to WoW three years ago. The boys would watch him play and he’d let them make his characters jump and dance. Then my brother began playing and naturally I began too. We haven’t stopped since.
I have three characters... a 70 Orc hunter (12 beast mastery, 26 marksman, 23 survival); 58 Troll shaman (43 elemental, 6 enhancement); and, a 53 Blood Elf rogue (36 assassination, 5 combat, 3 subtlety)... I dislike PvPand generally only tag my characters if I’m...
