I would not respec any time soon if I were you. Feral is the best (easiest) spec to level with and do all the quests you will want to do up to 70. In addition, until you hit 70 you can actually do all three, DPS, tank, Heal (without respecing) in your 60's and see which you like better. If you collect good healing gear (not hard to do pre-70) you can easiely off-spec heal pre-70 instances. I healed up to Seth halls with no problem as Feral spec (using blue/green +heal gear). When you get to the harder lv 69-70 instances off-spec healing gets much harder and will in fact fail if you don't have a go...
